Description
A rounded base of black glazed ceramic, with the slight irregularities of pottery, under a dark fabric shade. It has the weight and calm of a handmade object, and turns a bedside or a sideboard into a small still life.
Pottery on the Sideboard
Ceramic lamps are the best sellers in British table lamps for a reason: a glazed base catches the light and looks good switched off as well as on. This one is black, which makes it the anchor of a pale room and a natural partner for oak, linen and stone. The fabric shade softens the bulb into a warm pool of light on the surface below. It comes with a UK plug, ready to use. Takes one E27 bulb.
