FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders to mainland UK addresses. No minimum order value is required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated total delivery time for UK mainland orders is 8–15 business days from the date your order is placed.
This includes:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–12 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, local postal services, peak periods, Christmas, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notification card or provide redelivery instructions. Please follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@thelightedition.com with your order number and photos of any damage where applicable. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands or international addresses.
Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address entered.
