1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@thelightedition.com before the 14-day period expires. We will arrange free return shipping and refund your full payment, including original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. EXTENDED RETURNS — 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.

3. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, or a repair or replacement within 6 months. Contact us at contact@thelightedition.com.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
