2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@thelightedition.com before the 14-day period expires. We will arrange free return shipping and refund your full payment, including original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
3. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Contact us at contact@thelightedition.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement. These statutory rights are not affected by our own returns policy.
4. ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. ORDERS AND PRICING All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. You will be notified and refunded in full if this happens.
